#Repost @joseeksabs・・・I remember one day when I was in my late teens, being told by a family friend to apply sunscreen otherwise I would look like an old leather handbag by the time I hit 40. My reply to that was that 40 was sooooo old anyway and I didn't care what I looked like by then.Well I'm in my 40's now but I do care about how I look and more importantly how I treat my body and feel.It's a great feeling being 41 and in the best shape of my life. I won't ever regret any of the early morning workouts I did or any of the healthy choices I made. The only thing I regret is not starting sooner. The one question I get the most is how long did it take? Although there are three years between pics I've been happy with my body for over a year and the changes that come now are the ones that take longer to achieve.There are many 12 week transformation pics on instagram and although we can't believe everything we see, it is totally possible to achieve a huge transformation in that time provided you get on top of the nutrition. You can lose a lot of fat in a relatively short period of time. It's putting on muscle and getting some definition that takes a little longer but it's exciting to see what is underneath as the fat comes off. Wearing @kulanikinis bikini.
